1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online shop Uniformes Imperio (operated from Mallorca, Spain) by consumers within the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Products in the online shop are non-binding offers.
By clicking the "Order Now" button, you submit a binding order.
A contract is concluded once you receive our order confirmation by email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices include VAT and are shown in euros (€).
Shipping costs are added during checkout.
We accept payments via:
- PayPal
- Invoice (subject to approval)
- Other methods as shown during checkout
Payment must be made in full before shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the EU using reliable courier services.
Delivery times are indicated on the product or checkout page.
Shipping costs vary by destination and are shown before order completion.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period begins the day you receive the goods.

To cancel your order, please send us a clear statement via email. You may use the sample cancellation form provided below (optional).

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

EU consumers are entitled to a legal warranty of 2 years for faulty goods.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable damages.

10. Data Protection

We collect, process, and store your personal data only as necessary to fulfill the order and as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Spanish law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of mandatory protections in your country of residence.
Place of jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca, Spain, if legally permitted.

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions

If any clause in these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
